My goal is not to pretend complexity does not exist. I structure it so an audience gains orientation, understands the connections, and can continue with better questions.

Product development taught me to structure systems, make decisions tangible within a team, and measure technology by the value it creates.

Elias Butting Theatre Studies · Freie Universität Berlin I studied theatre at Freie Universität Berlin. There, I learned to look at a performance not only from the stage, but from the audience’s perspective: What do people notice? What remains unclear? How is meaning created?
Those questions still shape my work today. Good communication does not begin with what someone wants to say, but with what should reach the other person.
